My last post was pretty heavy. 2015 started out with a lot of conflict, but I wasn't going to use the injury as an excuse to slip back into old bad habits. I struggled to get my act together but eventually got back into my diet and exercise routine. I am going to post my progress photos from April to the end of 2015 with my weight, goal weight and additional notes in the captions below each photo.

After a frustrating Nine months, I finally start to apply metrics and weekly goal setting. See the results below.
Even if I fell short, it was only weekly goal setting that was getting me anywhere.
And that's it. I was finished for the year. It was a constant struggle against a weak body, a weak will and the temptation to go back to old habits.
One more progress blog about 2016 will bring us up to date. This is when I first started working on "The Fat Loss Arsonist" and when I was inspired to help others reach their own goals.
